I am a single female working professional who is seeking a single room for rent. I am responsible and always pay my rent on time. I am reliable, honest, considerate, and easy to get along with. Furthermore I am clean and do well to clean my share of any living space. Ideally, I am looking for a decent sized room with a decent sized closet. Also I would ask for a washer/dryer unit in the home/apt I am living in. I do like to cook, so cooking would have to be okay. I am not a party animal, so you will not find me or hear me coming home loud at odd hours of the night. Occasionally I do go out, but am quite when I arrive home late. It's not often I have friends over, but I am good about notifying the people I live with ahead of time.
