I'm a minimalist therefore, I only have a few basic needs (prefer something around 650-750/mth): * I prefer to be close to Irvine as most of my work tends to remain in the vicinity. * Ethernet or WiFi. * Street, carport, or garage parking. * Some kitchen privileges are a bonus however we can come to a mutual agreement. * Private bathroom is preferred however if our schedules do not conflict i may be open to sharing.
