Requirements:
- 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Recent/current experience with xxxx exchanges
- Experience acquiring properties and accessing tax implications
- Experience with Excel and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment strategies
Nice to have skills:
- Strong interest in creating solutions to problems
- Experience in and interest in learning new technologies
- Experience managing multiple projects and working independently
