We are looking for a sales manager with start up experience. We will be creating a sales department around you therefore were looking for the right person who will eventually become a permanent part of the management team and even an owner. Member investors review, select, contact and engage with all relevant service provides from property managers to realtors to lenders. Members can read and write private reviews from other members, share ideas, form strategic partnerships and build valuable relationships within the community.The sales process:Identify a vertical market. Conduct a brief web search to obtain pertinent information. Contact and ask informed questions to demonstrate that you are calling for a good reason and will use their time wisely. Quickly explain the benefit to their business and suggestion a scheduled or on-the-spot presentation. Advertisers want to reach our members because they are highly targeted, engaged, qualified and usually ready to make a purchase. Get a decision (yes or no) and referrals and move on. Technical and sales support provided. Some customer support and post-sale account management needed but will be 10% or less of time. Predominately phone sales, in-person sales occasional to rare.You will work along side the founder while you both establish and expand the client base developing the sales department as you go. Sales commissions are high and include residuals.
