Are you looking for an amazing opportunity working for a fun, dynamic, and fast paced company? Ultra House Buyers is building its sales team and we are looking for the BEST!!!! This is a six-figure a year opportunity first year if you're willing to work.
Ultra House Buyers is looking for a top notch inside sales team member. You may have experience, or you may be extremely hungry (or both). Either way we are looking for the best. We buy houses fast, "as is", for cash and we are looking for more. As a member of our team you will be responding and following up on warm leads that have responded to our marketing efforts and prospecting for new business.
We have a proven system for closing deals and we need somebody who can take their natural talents and implement our already successful system.
You will close your own deals but you will also work as a team with our outside sales team. We don't pack 100 people into a large sales floor; we want a small close-knit team where everybody makes money together.
The right candidate will be trained extensively. Once trained, you will work closely with an acquisitions manager every day until you close your first deal. Average commission per deal is $2,000 - $2,500 and we're looking for people to close 1-2 deals per week. In addition, with our bonus structure you can make an additional $50,000 - $100,000 per year.
What your day will look like as a super successful member of our team:
1. Come to work energized ready to attack leads and relentlessly follow up on old leads.
2. Report and communicate with our team on any appointments or leads that need to be closed or are closing.
3. Log in to our online database and follow up on all new warm leads/follow up on all existing leads. Commitment to using our online tools is a must.
4. Build rapport with agents/homeowners and find out needs/wants and formulate cash offers for property (we will train you on the process).
5. Communicate any closings to the entire team.
6. Be willing to learn and grow everyday.
If you are willing to seize the opportunity and close deals we want to speak with you. We will provide full training including how to speak with homeowners and agents, value properties, and close deals.
We are looking for a team member who will want to grow with our team. We are based in Orange County. We are looking for a team member who wants to work hard and grow with us for the long term.
Requirements:
First and foremost you must be committed to continual growth. If you're not willing to challenge yourself everyday, save us both the time. We want to see your life and income explode. Additional requirements:
1. Ability to use Microsoft Office and the Internet with ease.
2. Previous experience in inside sales working on the telephone preferred.
3. Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not necessary.
4. Must pass a background check.
5. If you are interesting in telecommuting part of the week, must have a reliable Internet connection and reliable home office set-up but training and your first few months will be working in our office.
6. Must have your own laptop that can run Skype. You should also have a noise-canceling headset as you’ll be working in an office suite with other team members.
7. Must be able to work 9-5 Monday-Friday. We'll make some exceptions for the right candidate.
