Job Description BMG is currently seeking a full:time assistant with real estate experience to join our corporate team in Irvine, CA. This position requires knowledge of the Equator platform and the candidate MUST have previous experience with the marketing and disposition of REO properties. The ideal candidate is motivated, proactive, tech:savvy, works well under pressure, is able to work independently, possesses an acute attention to detail and demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, and the candidate should also possess creative problem:solving abilities, as well as strong analytical and computer skills. DutiesWork closely with agents on their property assignments.Assist the team to ensure deadlines are met on the overall portfolio.Order and analyze BPO reportsplete Sales and Marketing related tasks in Equator.Assist with the printing and review of executed contract packages.Answer incoming phone calls.Other Sales and Marketing support duties.Perform a variety of administrative functions in support of the CEO.Provide management with daily, weekly and monthly reports. Pre:requisitesMinimum of 2 years of REO experience.Experience in using the Equator platform.Experience with Word and Excel, Microsoft Access a plus.Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
