Product Sales Specialist in Real Estate - Kforce (Irvine, CA) in Long Beach, California For Sale

force is seeking a Product Sales Specialist for an Irvine, California (CA) client to be the mortgage loan / real estate Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) that will support sales efforts calling on customers and prospects with a need for real property public record data; mortgage; and marketing based analytics. The selected candidate must be detailed oriented and clearly understand how to manage through client analytic needs and expectations and align the requirements with the industry wide regulations and guidance. Time management skills are critical in this position and the candidate must clearly demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales campaigns and related initiatives to create customer intimacy and promote a more strategic positioning of in customers' minds
* Work with customers and prospects to better understand and translate unmet needs
* Serve as the voice of the customer by translating customer needs into actionable plans for internal departments and stakeholders
* Provide identification of new market opportunities through market research gathered through on-going visits to customers and non-customers
* Analyze potential partner relationships for the product
