Cantamar Property Management is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for our newly developedapartment communityin Downtown Long Beach. This individual will handle leasing activity and promote positive tenant relations. -Receive phone calls, ascertain needs and qualifications andschedule appointments and showings. - Practice goodrelations with existing and potential tenants. -Ensure leaseviolations are addressed effectively and efficiently - Process application,ensuring that it is completed in it's entirety, obtaining all supporting docs - Follow up withapplicants with phone calls, emails and letters - Touring the propertyand leasing apartments - Marketing theproperty and community to potential tenants. - Administrativepaperwork Move in/Move out paperwork, leases, applications and more. - Assisting withresident issues -Assists manager withother needs as required
