Job Description
This is an independent contractor position ( commission only with great earnings potential). unlike traditional real estate companies , we work a NICHE market and have more business opportunity than standard real estate firms. Because the post crash bargain bin has generally been picked clean , we have a lot of all cash buyers chasing our deals . Regarding qualifications, a calif re license is required.Experience is helpful but not required . Its more important that the agent be willing to learn, be self motivated and work our program.The position involves 1)working a specific and proven marketing program for short sales and foreclosures( leads ,tools,resources, and training provided),2) servicing your listings,3) interfacing with lenders on short sales and foreclosuresWe currently have over 20 listings throughout so. calif. The position is also a great learning opportunity relative to how to get transactions successfully completed with banks and other institutional lenders ,AS WELL AS LEARNING THE INS AND OUTS OF THE FORECLOSURE AND SHORT SALE PROCESS! We have a beautiful office in laguna beach on coast highway across from the beach and the Surf and Sand and Hotel.
