Job Description
Large international construction firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist for their Santa Ana location. This firm specializes in theater renovation, commercial construction development and commercial design.
Responsibilities include answering heavy phones, assisting clients, scheduling conference rooms, arranging travel for staff, setting up conference room for meetings, ordering catering for events, sending overnight packages, creating correspondence, opening and sorting mail, editing reports, and updating database information. Also, individual will be inventorying and ordering supplies, paging staff, maintaining in/out list for staff, maintaining lobby and kitchen areas, sending and distributing faxes, creating project files, updating phone lists and project lists, maintaining vendor files, assisting in collecting bids from vendors in an open-bid, and assisting Office Manager with several special projects.
Seeking an individual that has strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to multi-task. Must have intermediate Word and Excel skills and strong phone skills. Must have over two years of receptionist and one year of administrative experience. NOT flexible to take no experience/light experience.
