SMALL GROUP RATES: (groups of 6 or fewer people)
Hourly: $20/hr
Half Day: $90/5-hour block ($18/hr)
$18/hr each add'l hr past 5 in same session
LARGE GROUP RATES: (groups of 7-15 people)
Hourly: $25/hr
Half-Day: $110/5-hour block ($22/hr)
$22/hr each add'l hr past 5 in same session
This is our dedicated photography studio, equipped for versatility and lighting control, with gear and amenities for the discriminating photographer.

*22" beauty dish w/ diffusion sock

*1 boom stand + 3 standard light stands
*Black, white, red 10x20' cloth backdrops
*Wall backdrops: industrial, wood, starfield, more
*Boudoir set with ornamental daybed
*Set furniture: red settee, gold brocade couch
*Makeup station w/ mirror & vanity lights
*Sound system w/ hookup for iPod, CD player, laptop, etc.
*Microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker (client supplies food/beverages)
*Air conditioning
*Private restroom
*Access to gated parking lot
Additional items available (extra charge):
Black or white seamless background paper: $25/section.
Alienbees Ring Flash/Moon Unit: $15 for duration of any rental.
We are unable to block out time for free personal studio tours or "walk-throughs."
Anyone wishing to visit/tour the facilities prior to renting is welcome to RSVP and attend one of our free monthly Studio Open House events.

This calendar shows all of our booked times in Studio A and Studio B. We maintain a 30-minute window between end/start times in same room to allow for setup/teardown.
TERMS AND POLICIES:

** Short-notice policy/rates apply to reservations confirmed less than 48 hours in advance.
** Non-refundable payment in advance is required for first-time clients (first rental only).
** For established clients, payment is due in cash at time of shoot. Receipts are available upon request.
** Cancellation/rescheduling policy is 48 hours' notice required for weekday bookings; 7 days' notice for weekend bookings.
** A contact phone number, home street address, and email address are required for booking.
